WHO I AM

I have been working in the nonprofit field for over 10 years, with a focus on reproductive health and advocacy, gender-based violence prevention, sexual health education, and disability services.

I help organizations build their capacity through project management, systems creation, program development and implementation, as well as professional development trainings.

So many organization leaders do amazing work, and do it all while trying to keep their heads above water, not always having time to step back and do the nuts and bolts sustainability work.

What's the project you wish you had time for? What's the system you wish you could build that would make your work easier? What's the policy you wish you could write to give your employees more support and structure? What's that program you wish you could launch?

I'm looking to work with nonprofit leaders who need a little extra support to move their organization forward. I love helping scrappy nonprofits that are doing good work do that work a little bit more easily.

That can look like many different things and I’m open to all of them!

I hold a Master of Arts in Gender and Cultural Studies as well as a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management, both from Simmons University. I am also completing an 18-month certification to become a Holistic Sexuality Educator with the Institute for Sexuality Education & Enlightenment (ISEE).

MY COMMITMENTS

The nonprofit and human services sectors, just like every other sector in this country, benefit from--and uphold--oppressive systems. And these systems thrive by making sure we are distracted from noticing how they work.

I am committed to the ongoing and lifelong work of recognizing systemic racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, and ableism and working to dismantle these at the systemic level, as well as recognizing and dismantling them in myself.

I am committed to accessibility, and will continue to review and improve my website and all areas of my work to ensure that everyone can access any content I produce.

As a white woman working in a sector that has historically and disproportionately benefited white leadership, I am committed to doing what I can to change this, including within my pricing structure. If you are a BIPOC organization leader and you are interested in my services, please let me know when you reach out so we can discuss discounted and free services.
